Frequently Asked Questions

When you add, update, or archive a record on CloudSpace, you basically do a transaction. Notifications generated during such an action (in-app, email, or SMS) will be included within the same transaction. Any other internal database triggers will not be counted too. However, any add, update, or archive action by the cron job for your data will be counted as separate transactions.

When you reach the maximum limit in transactions or storage, you will be asked to upgrade to be able to work on the CloudSpace. But your data will remain intact, and background system activities will normally run as long as you have a valid subscription.

Yes, you can if your allowed transaction limit falls above the accumulated value in the same month and the storage limit falls above the current storage value.

You can pay for the subscription online with a credit card, debit card, or bank transaction depending on the available option on the Payment Gateway vendor (Currently, we use ccAvenue, RazorPay, and Stripe).

We shall retain your data for 30 days from your subscription expiry date; then, we destroy all your data and settings and remove the corresponding CloudSpace.

You can go to the Settings menu within your CloudSpace, and then go through the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, we shall receive a notification regarding this; and within three (3) days, we shall destroy all your data and settings and, finally, remove the CloudSpace.
